Role Overview: You will be an experienced consulting professional responsible for providing quality work products to engagements, implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, and delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to develop skills of team members. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Function as applications design architect/Lead for PBCS/EPBCS/Hyperion Planning and Essbase application development - Serve as the Application Design point of contact with complete solution delivery ownership - Provide solutions to existing Architecture Design on the current system - Collaborate optimally with other groups Qualifications Required: - EPM Experience 12+ Years - Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process experience on PBCS/EPBCS and good knowledge of consolidation/reconciliation process - Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - Sound knowledge of PBCS/EPBCS/Hyperion Planning/ FCCS/ARCS - Sound functional knowledge (Management Accounting Principles, Understanding of planning modeling like P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex planning, etc., and interdependencies) - Sound Knowledge of Business Rules/Forms / Task Lists / Reports - Hands-on Experience on Planning Modules is a must - Good communication skills - Willingness to travel as needed Additional Company Details: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizing advanced technology to address current challenges and partnering with industry leaders across various sectors.
