Job Description

Role & responsibilities EHS Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and central government EHS regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high safety standards. Policy and Procedure Development: Draft, implement, and regularly update EHS policies and procedures. Educate employees on compliance requirements and safe work practices. Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification: Perform detailed risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop effective mitigation and control strategies. Incident Management: Investigate workplace incidents, analyze root causes, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Training & Employee Awareness: Develop and deliver EHS training programs, including safety inductions for new employees and refresher courses for existing staff. Emergency Preparedness: Create and maintain site-specific emergency response plans , and conduct regular mock drills to ensure readiness. EHS Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report key safety metrics and performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare detailed reports for internal management and external regulatory bodies as required. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and upgrade EHS systems and practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant EHS experience , preferably in facility management , manufacturing , or industrial sectors . (Freshers with ADIS certification are also welcome to apply.) Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safety , Environmental Science , or a related field. ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or equivalent is mandatory . BE in Electrical / Mechanical with ADIS qualification will be preferred. Work Environment: Should be flexible to work in remote locations and adapt to site-specific working conditions.
