Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As an entry-level analyst, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a strong career in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparing presentations and data summaries for management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis.
• Support in automating routine data processes where possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Python/R for data analysis.
• Internship or project experience in handling real-world datasets.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Excel advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
