Role Description

This is a full/part-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneurship Development Program Trainer based in Chandigarh. The trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering curriculum tailored to entrepreneurship development, nurturing students' entrepreneurial skills, and ensuring their readiness to launch and sustain successful business ventures. Daily responsibilities will include conducting workshops, mentoring students, evaluating performance, and supporting participants with practical tools to develop business plans. Maintaining regular feedback and collaborating with other trainers and team members is also expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in entrepreneurship development concepts, business planning, and problem-solving
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and student engagement skills
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
• Experience working in skill development, training, or mentoring roles
• Familiarity with government programs such as PMKVY and other skill development initiatives is an advantage
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide participants effectively in their learning journey
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Education, or relevant field required; a Master's degree is preferred
• Prior experience in business or entrepreneurial ventures training is an added advantage
