Company Description F-TEC Skill Development, an initiative of Foresight Edutech Private Limited and an NSDC partner company, has been a leading training and multi-skilling organization since 1995. Dedicated to supporting the Skill India Mission, F-TEC provides training in over 18 sectors across more than 7 Indian states. The organization operates both student fee-based programs aligned with industry requirements and government-sponsored initiatives. F-TEC offers courses in IT-ITES, Banking & Finance, Modern Office Management, as well as specialized programs in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Cybersecurity through F-TEC Skill Academy. Additionally, the Foresight Society engages in grassroots projects to empower marginalized communities through skill development. Role Description This is a full/part-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneurship Development Program Trainer based in Chandigarh. The trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering curriculum tailored to entrepreneurship development, nurturing students' entrepreneurial skills, and ensuring their readiness to launch and sustain successful business ventures. Daily responsibilities will include conducting workshops, mentoring students, evaluating performance, and supporting participants with practical tools to develop business plans. Maintaining regular feedback and collaborating with other trainers and team members is also expected as part of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in entrepreneurship development concepts, business planning, and problem-solving Strong teaching, facilitation, and student engagement skills Outstanding communication and organizational abilities Experience working in skill development, training, or mentoring roles Familiarity with government programs such as PMKVY and other skill development initiatives is an advantage Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide participants effectively in their learning journey Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Education, or relevant field required; a Master's degree is preferred Prior experience in business or entrepreneurial ventures training is an added advantage
