About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Own operations and execution for PIL Clubs in 3–5 schools
• Build and manage Redemption Day events with brands
• Coordinate with interns, trainers, and schools weekly
• Hustle across content, partnerships, logistics, and marketing
• Research new cities, formats, games, and engagement models

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years in startups, ops, brand, or edtech/gaming ecosystem
• Strong at execution + communication + taking ownership
• Passionate about building IPs, gamification, or education
• Comfortable juggling multiple things at once

• Wants to grow into a future CXO in the next 2 years
