15 years full time educationSummary: As a Technical Architect within the Non-Production Environment team, you will be instrumental in defining the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our development, testing, and staging landscapes. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product owners, and environment engineers to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical designs, ensuring alignment with best practices and driving the adoption of modern infrastructure technologies and automation strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions for compute, storage, networking, and security within these environments, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team, and ensuring that the architecture supports the agility and velocity required for our software development lifecycle. As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ultimately aiming to create better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze requirements, and design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on architectural vision. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and emerging technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Architecture, Network Architecture and Design, Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and resilient IT infrastructures. - Proficiency in cloud architecture and deployment models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
