Project Role Description:Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Arista-based network solutions focusing on EVPN, VXLAN, MLAG, and Spine-Leaf topologies. Act as a key contributor in a large-scale network transformation program migrating legacy Cisco infrastructure to a next-generation Arista environment in campus networks. Apply deep product knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.Management Level:10Work Experience:67 yearsWork Location:Bengaluru / PuneJob RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities:Design and implement modern network architecture using Arista EVPN/VXLAN, Spine-Leaf, and MLAG for high availability and performance.Lead migration activities from Cisco campus and data center networks to Arista infrastructure.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, HLD/LLD documents, and migration strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to analyze requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and test new Arista features to optimize network performance.Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on Arista EOS-based platforms.Train internal and client teams on new technologies and assist in operational handovers.Ensure proper network integration with firewalls, load balancers, and other infrastructure.Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management during implementation and support phases.Professional & Technical SkillsMust Have Skills:

Deep knowledge of Arista EOS, EVPN, VXLAN, Spine-Leaf architecture, and MLAGProven experience in large-scale network transformation or transition projectsStrong command over Layer 2/3 protocols, BGP, OSPF, and multicast in an Arista environmentSolid understanding of campus network modernization conceptsGood To Have
Skills:

Experience with Cloud Vision, Arista DANZ monitoring fabric, and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP)Understanding of Cisco to Arista migration tools and interoperability challengesKnowledge of network security features, segmentation, and role-based access control in Arista
Educational Qualification:BE/B-Tech, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science or related field with a consistent academic record (65% or above)Additional Information:Should have supported Arista-based deployments in enterprise or campus environmentsExperience with network transformation/migration planning and executionFamiliarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible) for configuration and managementFlexible to work in 24x7 operations/support model as neededStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders Qualification 15 years full time education
