Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ultimately aiming to create better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze requirements, and design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Continuously assess and improve architectural practices to align with industry standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Architecture. - Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles. - Experience with cloud-based database solutions and architectures. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for databases. - Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Database Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
