Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), including environment provisioning, user access, capacity management, and monitoring.
  • Establish and enforce Power Platform governance policies, including data loss prevention (DLP), security roles, connectors, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and business applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions and integrations.
  • Administer and manage the O365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
  • Manage hybrid O365 environments and perform Exchange Server administration, including recovery and maintenance of Exchange databases.
  • Use PowerShell scripting for automation and administration of Windows, Exchange, and AD/Azure AD.
  • Utilize Microsoft Graph API for advanced integrations and automation.
  • Perform O365 license management and support compliance and audit readiness.
  • Monitor and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies and security configurations across Microsoft 365.
  • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements.

What you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in enterprise systems administration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform administration and governance.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kitand environment strategy.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scriptingand automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIand REST APIs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
  • Engineering or technical degree with a solid academic background.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English
