About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage your territory, driving enterprise sales growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (4X license quota).
  • Lead complex sales cycles with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams (lead generation, inside sales, engineering).
  • Convert prospects into loyal clients and automation advocates.

Target Locations:

  • Bangalore (Priority)
  • Mumbai
  • Hyderabad / Other regions as required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 710 years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling RPA, SaaS, or automation solutions.
  • Ability to lead boardroom discussions and close strategic deals.
  • Executive presence with a hunter mentality.
  • Knowledge of strategic sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong sales results can outweigh formal education.
