Job Description

Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team for a leading APAC based Asset Manager Support the ERM team in second line risk management monitoring and reporting based on the risk framework in place. Main duties would include Generation of the Risk Reporting decks or reports required monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly KRI advisory, development, monitoring and escalations Risk trend analysis Scenario Analysis Coordination Support of the RCSA process and data quality checks 2. Support in the enhancement of risk culture within the client's organisation. Main duties would include Risk Training material management and maintenance Monitoring of completion of risk training Development of new risk awareness program 3. Support in the maintenance of PRISM the eGRC system. Main duties include Maintenance of the organisation changes in the system Coordination of system enhancements and feedback/issues across the client's organisation 4. Support the team on Risk Initiatives to build up the risk architecture Experience /Qualification The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Enterprise and/or operational risk management in the financial industry, preferably in the asset management industry. General understanding of the end-to-end investment process and the type of data used in financial services Familiarity with standard ERM and ORM frameworks and tools Strong ability to learn new processes, multi-task and handle tight deadlines. Analytical, meticulous, self-starter with a strong command of written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft office tools. Skillsets in coding e.g. Python, and intelligence dashboards like PowerBI would be advantageous.
