Position: IT Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Salary: up to 12Lpa

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure and Network and Security Management

• Plan, deploy, and maintain IT hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

• Oversee server administration, including cloud and on-premises servers.

• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and manage data security measures such as antivirus systems, firewalls, and backup processes.

• Planning, Executing and Maintaining New and Existing CCTV systems for indoor and outdoor surveillance.

• Planning, Executing and Maintaining New and Existing Internet and network connectivity for Seamless Electronic Data processing across the Organization.

• Ensure that Proper Security protocols and necessary Antivirus updates are in place to prevent any type of Security threats.

• Ensure that Firewall and Necessary firewall policy are in place to prevent the IT infrastructure from any External malware and threats.

• Administer and Update the IT asset management and its Record, including inventory control and procurement of new hardware and software.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system

• Be familiar with all hardware and software

• Be familiar with network operating system

• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology

Qualification:

• Graduate or Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications ( PMP, CISSP, or ERP-specific certifications) are a plus.

Experience:

• Min 8–12 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and software implementation.

• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.

• Experience in the [Engineering, Manufacturing and Field Service-related Industry] is preferred.
