Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Administrator, located in Bhagalpur. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for system administration, technical support, and troubleshooting ERP software. Stage of Process: Foundational, setup, and ongoing maintenance across all modules.Key Responsibilities:Leading the initial data migration (Product Master, Client Master) from spreadsheets into the ERP.Setting up the core system logic: defining SKUs, Customer Groups, Price Lists, and Quality Tiers.Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions (e.g., ensuring a packer cannot change prices).Troubleshooting day-to-day system issues and acting as the primary contact for the ERP vendor.Generating high-level reports for management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Essential: Highly computer literate, logical, and a systematic thinker. Comfortable with software and spreadsheets.
• Ideal: A degree like a BCA, MCA, or a diploma in IT. However, a sharp graduate (B.Com, B.Sc) who is a quick learner can be trained for this role.
• Critical Trait: Meticulous attention to detail.
