Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive B2B growth through strategic lead generation, data mining, market research, CRM management, and email marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in identifying high-potential enterprise leads, conducting market research, managing the CRM system, and running targeted email campaigns to nurture and convert leads. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify enterprise leads through research, prospecting, and targeted outreach. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities. Mine and analyze data across multiple platforms to build robust lead pipelines. Develop and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions. Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement lead nurturing strategies and optimize conversion rates. Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, email campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B lead generation, market research, CRM management, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
