What You ll Do

You ll own SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts ensuring measurable traffic and conversion growth Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and present actionable recommendations Build and implement keyword strategies aligned to business goals Optimize site content, meta elements, internal links, and page experience for search intent Coordinate with content, design, and dev teams to ensure SEO is built into every deliverable Run ethical link-building and digital PR campaigns to grow authority Monitor performance, analyze data from GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and generate insights Stay up on algorithm up and continuously refine strategies Take ownership of outcomes rankings, traffic, and conversions

What We re Looking For

2 4 years of proven SEO experience (agency or multi-client preferred) Strong understanding of keyword research, clustering, and on-page optimization Solid grasp of link-building, technical SEO fundamentals, and Core Web Vitals Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics Analytical mindset able to interpret data and make decisions Strong communication comfortable presenting insights to clients Self-starter who loves experimenting, learning, and delivering results
