Tech SEO: Stay on top of any tech SEO issues reported by SEMRush, GSC, or ScreamingFrog and fix them as soon as possible. On-Page SEO optimization: Conduct keyword research, including discovering and expanding keyword opportunities. Develop strategies for boosting keyword positions to the top and increasing organic traffic. Regularly analyze competitor websites to uncover strategies that can improve our organic search presence. Collaborate with content marketers to provide keyword intent insights and other SEO best practices. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms and provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Keyword gap analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms for the content calendar What we expect from you: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic. At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS is a must. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, SEO best practices, and technical SEO. Experience in optimizing content for SEO, including knowledge of on-page SEO techniques. Solid understanding of keyword research, analysis, and competitive landscape identification. Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms like Semrush and Ahrefs to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketers and web developers. Job Description Work in partnership with the SEO manager and other SEO team members to build out the editorial roadmaps Conduct detailed keyword research to find the most relevant and effective terms/phrases with the highest ROI Analyse high performing competitor domains to provide insight and opportunities for future growth Optimise current content including title tag and meta description, headers and copy through robust content briefs to improve ranking and internal linking improvements Analyse existing content to identify and implement improvements Monitor and analyse overall site performance including rankings and conversion Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years of SEO experience Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Strong team player with a positive attitude. Ability to manage a heavy workload both autonomously and with a team Experience with on-page SEO including keyword research, competitive analysis, internal linking and content briefs You ve used SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC and Google Analytics Working knowledge of technical SEO elements such as schema, canonicals and site speed Have a passion for continued learning and staying up to date on industry news Knowledge and experience with WordPress and other CMS Experience within the U.S. financial industry preferred but not required
