Senior SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive

    off-page SEO and backlink strategies

    aligned with overall SEO and business goals.
  • Acquire

    high-quality, relevant, and authoritative backlinks

    through outreach, guest posting, digital PR, partnerships, and content promotion.
  • Identify and evaluate link-building opportunities using competitive analysis, backlink audits, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, bloggers, journalists, webmasters, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and PR teams to create link-worthy assets (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, reports).
  • Monitor backlink profiles, anchor text distribution, and domain authority using SEO tools.
  • Conduct regular backlink audits to identify and disavow toxic or low-quality links.
  • Track, analyze, and report backlink performance, organic traffic growth, and ranking improvements.
  • Stay up to date with

    Google algorithm updates

    and evolving best practices in off-page SEO.
  • Ensure all link-building activities comply with

    Google’s Webmaster Guidelines

    and ethical SEO standards.
  • Mentor junior SEO team members and provide strategic guidance on off-page SEO initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    SEO with strong specialization in backlink acquisition and off-page SEO

    .
  • Demonstrated success in improving domain authority, keyword rankings, and organic traffic through link-building.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Education:

Any Graduate with strong analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is an added advantage.
