Senior Seo Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research and identify high-potential search opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
• Ensure proper implementation of H1H6 tags, meta tags, internal linking, schema, and structured data.
• Review content for SEO accuracy and provide recommendations to writers.

2. Technical SEO

• Perform website audits and identify issues related to indexing, crawling, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability.
• Work with the development team to fix technical issues (canonical tags, redirects, robots.txt, rendering issues, etc.).
• Ensure websites follow Google Search Essentials and SEO best practices.

3. Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute link-building strategies (guest posts, Web 2.0, PR submissions, directories, local listings, etc.).
• Monitor and improve domain authority, backlink profile, and brand visibility.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

5. Strategy & Team Collaboration

• Create SEO strategies based on competition analysis and industry trends.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and developers for content and technical changes.
• Guide junior SEO team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of keyword research and content strategy.
• Ability to analyze data and deliver insights-driven recommendations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).
