Role & responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialistwith 35 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing and executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, execute, and monitor on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to achieve organic growth targets.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities.

* Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for search engines and user experience.

* Perform regular site audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console, and provide actionable recommendations.

* Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.

* Build and manage effective link-building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.

* Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console.

* Stay updated with the latest **Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging technologies to keep strategies competitive.

* Support cross-channel campaigns (SEM, Social, Content Marketing) by aligning SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

35 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results in improving organic rankings and traffic.

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.

Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog**, etc.

Solid understanding of site architecture, crawling, indexing, and internal linking best practices.

Knowledge in optimizing pages and articles for AIO (AI Optimization) and GEO (Geographic/Geo-targeted SEO strategies)

Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or content-heavy platforms is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for SEO implementation is a plus.
