Solution / Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  architecture design and development

  of systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Define

  end-to-end architecture

  including software, hardware, and cloud components to ensure

  scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

  .
• Collaborate with

  business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams

  to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Evaluate and recommend

  technologies, frameworks, and tools

  , considering industry trends and best practices.
• Identify

  technical risks

  and propose mitigation strategies to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Create comprehensive

  architecture documentation

  with clear design rationale and implementation guidance.
• Oversee

  code quality, system performance, scalability, and maintainability

  .
• Integrate

  emerging technologies

  such as Generative AI/Agentic AI and cloud innovations into solutions.

• Mentor and guide

  technical leads and developers to foster a culture of architectural excellence.
• Interact with

  clients, vendors, and delivery leaders

  to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to

  industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

  (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Act as an

  Individual Contributor at the vertical level

  , providing enterprise architecture oversight across multiple projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–20+ years

  in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience in

  Microservices-based architecture

  and distributed systems.
• Strong front-end expertise with

  Angular, Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJS

  .
• Deep backend experience with

  Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud relational databases

  : Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with

  AWS, GCP, Azure

  (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps).
• Exposure to

  Generative AI / Agentic AI, LLMs

  , and AI-driven web/mobile product/platform development.
• Advanced knowledge of

  security and authentication

  : OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Keycloak, Okta.
• Experience with

  event-driven architecture

  using Kafka or similar technologies.
• Expertise in

  CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Bitbucket

  .
• Proficiency in

  API documentation

  (Swagger/OpenAPI) and observability tools (Datadog).
• Familiarity with

  Agile and DevOps methodologies

  .
• Prior experience in

  Healthcare IT services, solutions, or product engineering

  is highly desirable.
