We're Hiring: Director Enterprise Architect – Cloud | Architecture Strategy | Leadership We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our enterprise-wide technology landscape. This is a strategic position that combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership capabilities. Job Location - Pune Notice Period - Immediate to 60 days only Job Duties • Java or dot net developer- 8 yrs (earlier) • 2-3 Yrs as formal architect as a IT architects, Solutions architects • Leading and director of Architects • Any one Cloud- GCP, - 2-3 Yrs • Techno Managerial - Leadership • People Management- 10 People minimum- Architect for 3-4 Yrs • Global leadership- flexible for working hrs Role Overview: The role is primarily for an Enterprise Architect with a strong solution architecture background . Role Focus: Enterprise Architecture Responsibilities : Creating enterprise-wide architecture models (business, data, tech, application domains). Setting architectural standards and governance. Aligning IT strategy with business goals. Managing technology roadmaps and risk/compliance. Solution Architecture Involvement : Managing and guiding solution architects . Reviewing and approving solution architectures within a domain. Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture. Leadership: • Collaborate with leaders from various pillars to understand business needs and ensure that IT initiatives support broader organizational objectives. • Provide guidance to product, solution architects, development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle • Collaborate with the corporate architecture team to foster innovation, and promote a cohesive enterprise architecture. • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and buy-in. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and proposing enhancements to streamline and optimize the enterprise architecture • Engage with senior management, business leaders in Heartland and GPS to align technology with business strategy • Work across multiple projects and systems, providing clear guidance to SA's, PSE's and Product Managers. • Manage a small team of solution architects dedicated to the assigned product domain. • Ensure solution architecture work is properly prioritized and completed in alignment with the enterprise needs.
