• Mentor, coach, and upskill architects, developers, and testers within the practice.

Delivery Oversight

•  Guide teams in design, architecture, and development of embedded software for consumer electronic devices (TVs, media players, IoT, automotive, etc.).
• Ensure technical excellence through design reviews, architecture guidance, and code quality governance.
• Establish automation and tools for quality measurement and defect detection.
• Drive performance improvements across media stack, playback, streaming, and system-level optimizations.

Presales & Business Development

•  Partner with sales and account teams in RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities for embedded engineering in consumer electronics, automotive, and connected devices.
• Build reusable solution accelerators and demos for customer showcases.
• Act as a technical SME in customer discussions, positioning our offerings competitively.

•  Engage with global clients as a trusted advisor for embedded solutions.
• Translate product requirements into robust architectures and implementation plans.
• Represent the organization in technical forums, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
