Lead Solution Engineer Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery for

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

• Conduct requirement workshops with Finance teams across

  O2C, I2C, AR, Billing & Collections

• Translate business needs into scalable

  D365 Finance configurations

  , favoring configuration over customization
• Prepare and review

  BRD, FRD, FDD

  , user stories, test cases, and solution documentation
• Drive integrations between

  D365, CRM, payment gateways, and external ERP systems

• Lead

  UAT

  , functional testing, solution demos, and support go-live readiness
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure successful delivery
  
• Manage delivery activities through

  Azure DevOps

  , sprints, backlog & work items
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous process improvement
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and present solution designs to senior leadership
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and high-quality delivery standards

Preferred candidate profile

• 812+ years of relevant experience in

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Finance

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), AR Billing & Collections

• Proven expertise in

  D365 Finance configuration

  across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank
• Experience in

  integrations

  (CRM, Payment Systems, ERP, API-based integrations)
• Strong knowledge of

  Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent functional documentation skills (BRD, FRD, FDD, test cases)
  
• Strong ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  
• Experience leading UAT, cutover, release cycles, and production transitions
  
• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  

• Microsoft Certification (MB-310)

  preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business / Finance
