TCS Is Hiring!!! Role: Enterprise Architect – AI & Digital Transformation Exp: 15+ Years Loc: Mumbai/Chennai Must Have: 1. Proven experience in defining and executing enterprise digital transformation roadmaps. 2. Strong business acumen with an ability to align IT strategy with business objectives. 3. Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) 4. Experience in large-scale ERP and enterprise IT transformations. 5. Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and security frameworks. 6. Experience in API-driven architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems. 7. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage with CXOs, business heads, and IT leaders. 8. Strong communication and influencing skills to drive enterprise-wide change. 9. Ability to work in ambiguous, complex environments with cross-functional teams. 10. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes. 11. Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and drive collaboration across business units. Good to have: 1. Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in business processes. 2. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures. 3. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management in IT.4.Experience in mentoring and building high-performance teams. 5.
