Enterprise Architect

You will be responsible for taking full ownership of the Enterprise Architecture for the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) landscape at Agratas. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless system integration and architectural coherence across various systems including ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, and LIMS. This role requires a deep understanding of these interconnected systems and the ability to define and maintain a scalable, flexible, and resilient architecture that supports business objectives and manufacturing excellence. As the Enterprise Architect, you will lead architectural governance, align technology strategies with operational goals, and manage dependencies to enable an optimized solution at Start of Production (SOP). Your proactive approach will involve mitigating risks, standardizing workflows, and championing enterprise-wide best practices to ensure efficiency, interoperability, and long-term sustainability of the MOM ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining the architectural vision for the MOM ecosystem, developing enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and best practices, leading architectural governance processes, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and resilience of the IT landscape, designing seamless integration between MOM systems, overseeing solution design and implementation, managing risk and compliance, collaborating with stakeholders, providing leadership, documenting architectural frameworks, conducting training sessions, and fostering knowledge transfer. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. You should possess expertise in designing scalable and resilient data and system architectures, defining information flows and data governance frameworks, evaluating and maintaining enterprise applications, understanding interface architecture, establishing business capability models, aligning technology roadmaps with process hierarchies, and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Your proficiency in IT architecture frameworks, strategic program management, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and analytical abilities will be crucial for driving enterprise transformation at Agratas.,
