Role Overview: NetApp is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator who is certified in ServiceNow System Administration. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for implementation and possess good behavioral and communication skills. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, and Service Portal will be crucial in this role. Additionally, familiarity with SOA technologies and HTML technologies will be beneficial. You will work on incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, request management, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Must be ServiceNow System Administration Certified - Implementation Specialist experience would be advantageous - At least 2+ years of SN development experience, preferably in ITSM - Proficient in writing JavaScript code and Glide scripting - Expertise in Service Portal - Exposure to at least one JavaScript framework like AngularJS or React - Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST, SOAP - Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AJAX practices - Experience in coding, object-oriented, and modularized software - Ability to quickly learn new technologies - Influence and consult on key technical decisions during project delivery - Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity - Proven team player and team builder - Experience in designing, developing scalable and distributed systems - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Qualifications Required: - Completed Bachelors and Masters degree Additional Company Details: At NetApp, a hybrid working environment is embraced to enhance connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
