Role Overview: We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to lead large-scale sampling campaigns for India's top FMCG and media brands. As the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, your responsibilities will include handling demos, crafting proposals, overseeing campaign execution, reporting, and driving growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in taking ownership, are enthusiastic about marketing innovation, and enjoy establishing impactful relationships with premium brands. Responsibilities: - Client Onboarding & Solutions Building: Lead the onboarding process for enterprise clients by creating demo experiences, designing tailored solutions, and presenting customized proposals. - Campaign Planning & Execution: Manage the end-to-end process of campaign launch and execution, from gathering requirements and coordinating stakeholders to overseeing deliverables and monitoring success metrics. - Account Growth & Client Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, responding to briefs, identifying new opportunities, offering strategic recommendations, and delivering comprehensive post-campaign reports. - Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with third-party partners like e-commerce, warehouse, and logistics vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution within defined timelines. - Commercial Management: Handle billing cycles, agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and legal aspects to ensure smooth commercial processes. - Creative Asset Development: Collaborate on creating marketing assets such as explainer videos, proposal redesigns, and other campaign communications to enhance client engagement. - Process Optimization: Maintain and enhance campaign checklists, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and operational efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Proficient in coordination and stakeholder management. - Comfortable with data analysis, basic math, KPIs, and campaign metrics. - Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and channels. - Performance-driven mindset with a focus on recognition and impact. - Proactive self-starter who demonstrates ownership and initiative. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach. - Ideally, an engineering graduate or experienced in tech-oriented companies. - Bonus points for prior experience as a founder, especially in D2C or tech startups. - Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a growth mindset.
