Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Enrollment Specialist with at least 6 months of telesales experience. In this role, you will guide prospective students through our admissions process, explain program offerings, and help them take the first step toward their learning goals. Experience in the EdTech sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Provide accurate and compelling information about our courses, features, and enrollment process.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely completion of application and registration steps.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a passion for helping students.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets).
• Experience in EdTech or education counseling is a plus.
