Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Curriculum Developer – English to design high-quality academic content and instructional material for English language learning. The role involves developing engaging lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids that align with modern pedagogy, academic standards, and student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and enhance English curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials for various levels.
• Create interactive and engaging learning modules, including digital and print content.
• Design assessment tools (worksheets, quizzes, test papers) to evaluate student performance.
• Collaborate with teachers, subject experts, and academic heads to ensure curriculum effectiveness.
• Research and integrate innovative teaching methods and educational technology into curriculum design.
• Update curriculum content regularly to align with latest academic trends, NEP guidelines, and industry standards.
• Conduct teacher training workshops on effective usage of curriculum and teaching resources.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all developed content.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in English language (grammar, writing, and communication skills).
• Sound knowledge of curriculum design methodologies and pedagogy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning apps).
• Creativity with the ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Project management skills with focus on deadlines and quality.
