Engineering Supervisor

Job Description

Project management : Overseeing the planning, design, construction, and completion of projects Staff management : Setting performance requirements, managing workloads, and providing professional guidance Technical standards : Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and building codes Quality assurance : Reviewing designs and plans, and ensuring projects are implemented as intended Communication : Collaborating with other engineering staff, and communicating with customers and management Documentation : Preparing and updating engineering procedures, agreements, and contracts Budgeting : Preparing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects are implemented within budget Compliance : Ensuring projects comply with purchasing, RFP, and contracting procedures Risk management : Resolving field construction problems, and authorizing or recommending change orders HR : Handling HR processes, such as informal and formal discussions, and investigation meetings Safety : Managing all aspects of H&S, including PPE, vehicles, and tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Moga, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: project management: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
