Introduction:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

    Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and aerospace-specific platforms) to identify, engage, and attract top-tier engineering talent for aerospace-related roles.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit within the aerospace industry.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand the specific needs of engineering roles within the aerospace sector, ensuring alignment between job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Market Research:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies within the aerospace field, using this knowledge to proactively source talent and advise on compensation and market demands.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified aerospace engineering candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and transparency.
  • Offer Negotiation and Closing:

    Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring successful candidate placements while balancing client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering recruitment, with a strong emphasis on the aerospace industry. Previous experience recruiting for aerospace engineers, technical roles (e.g., aerospace engineers, avionics, systems engineers) is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    A solid understanding of aerospace engineering principles, technical skills, and trends, including familiarity with key aerospace technologies (e.g., aircraft design, flight systems, propulsion, etc.).
  • Technical Expertise:

    A strong ability to evaluate technical skill sets and qualifications within the aerospace sector, including understanding specialized software, certifications, and regulatory standards in the industry.
  • Communication Skills:

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
