Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Project Management Specialist located in India. The specialist will oversee engineering and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, and execution, as well as managing resources, budgets, and timelines. The specialist will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Civil Engineering skills
• Experience in Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong Program Management skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in real estate development is a plus
