Job Summary

Engineering & Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor

2. Technical Leadership

  across teams to ensure alignment on technical designs and solutions.
• Oversee the

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with

  Product Owners

  to align engineering efforts with stakeholder value and business goals.
• Build

• Facilitate

  between the

  MDAO Agile team

  and stakeholders across hubs and spokes.

4. Platform Governance and Excellence

• Drive best practices in

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
