• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and implement strategic portfolio plans to achieve business objectives.

• Project Coordination:

  Coordinate the planning and initiation of projects at various stages of completion.

• Monitoring Reporting:

  Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules of projects within the portfolio. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Team Leadership:

  Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

• Evaluation Decision Making:

  Develop criteria for evaluating project proposals and making portfolio decisions. Create rules and procedures for portfolio management.

• Risk Management:

  Identify and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio. Implement strategies to address potential issues.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project sand portfolio management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and portfolios.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
