IT PMO

Role Overview: You will be working in the Project Management Office to ensure that IT Project Managers adhere to the correct Governance process, facilitating the timely and consistent delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Validate timesheets, financial reports, high-level project status reports, and risk & issue reports. - Assist in consolidating the IT Resource skills matrix. - Aid in the general maintenance of the internal PMO Project SharePoint site. - Ensure IT resources comply with resource allocation and submission of timesheets. - Assist in maintaining PMO tools by adding and removing users. - Demonstrate a passion for data gathering, analysis, and information sharing. - Possess a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. - Proactively communicate with various IT areas and business units regarding project management standards. - Communicate effectively at all levels of management. - Manage and provide accurate, timely data from the PMO Project Management Tool as needed. - Ability to identify available capacity for taking on new work. - Deliver clear and concise reporting. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines. - Participate in necessary training and development activities. - Comply with Company Health and Safety policies and Standard Code of Conduct. - Collaborate with Project Managers and allied teams for effective planning. - Establish a network within the organization to gather information supporting the PMO.,
