Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and scale a development team in Bangalore. You’ll be responsible for technical leadership, team building, and delivering scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with expertise in Golang, C/C++, Python, React, and systems like Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Set up and grow the engineering team from the ground up.
• Drive architecture, coding standards, and technical excellence.
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business teams.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering, 3+ in leadership roles.
• Strong skills in Golang, C/C++, Python, React, Git, Make/build systems.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, and hypervisor platforms.
• Proven experience building and scaling dev teams in India.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in startups or product-based companies.
• Background in DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
