Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership skills to drive engineering excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in engineering management or a related role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with software development processes and tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
