, you will play a crucial role in advancing our healthcare interoperability platform. You will lead and support a team of 8 engineers, fostering their technical and personal growth. Youll be responsible for guiding the team through engineering initiatives and ensuring we maintain a high standard of quality. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing our OKR cycles, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security frameworks.

This is a hands-on role; we expect you to spend 30% of your time contributing directly to the codebase, including conducting code reviews, creating technical proposals, and developing proof-of-concepts. Youll report directly to the Head of Engineering.
