Engineering Manager (Site Designation)Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering operations for the LAM Research Site.

Ensure efficient and effective delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.

Oversee chemical processes and ensure compliance with safety standards..

Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, responsibility, and ownership of deliverables.

Engage proactively with stakeholders to anticipate and address operational needs.

Qualifications and

Skills:

Extensive technical knowledge and experience in MEP systems.

Expertise in chemical handling and process management.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.

Strong attitude towards accountability, fostering trust and responsibility within the team.

Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

A proactive and engaging approach to problem-solving and operational management.

Relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas or Pharmaceutical industries, bringing valuable industry-specific insights and practices.
