Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Stay hands-on with code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices: coding, testing, CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Track and improve delivery metrics like deployment frequency and lead time.
• Mentor engineers, drive career development, and manage performance reviews.
• Work with recruitment to hire and onboard top talent.

Requirements

• Strong backend expertise: Node.js, Python, Go, Java.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, SaaS architecture, and distributed systems.
• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
