Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Lead with 15-20 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement Agile program setups for efficient product delivery.
Lead engineering transformation initiatives to enhance tooling strategies and cloud transformation.
Manage contract and change management processes to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence and innovation.
Design and implement product delivery strategies to meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
Experience in product delivery, engineering transformation, and tooling strategy.
Knowledge of cloud transformation, contract management, and change management principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead engineering teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
