Engineering Head

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Head with 15+ years of experience to lead our engineering team and drive cloud transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile program setup, product delivery, and engineering transformation. This position is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

• Lead engineering and cloud transformation programs to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement tooling strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage contract and change management processes to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure effective decision-making and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Drive engineering transformation initiatives to improve overall performance and competitiveness.

• Strong skills in agile program setup, experience in leading engineering and cloud transformation programs, product delivery, engineering transformation, tooling strategy, contract and change management, and governance.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field.
• Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech.
• Notice period: Immediate to 90 days.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the engineering team.
