Engineering Head

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Head of Engineering Team to lead our

engineering advisory efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of engineering

excellence and project execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in one or more

engineering streams (electrical, civil, and structural), and be capable of guiding and supporting the team

across all engineering disciplines.

We provide expert advisory services in technical due diligence and feasibility studies for brownfield

projects. Additionally, we support proposals, and full design and execution for repowering, retrofitting,

and replacement interventions in solar plants. The individual is expected to strengthen and lead the team

to provide comprehensive engineering services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee all engineering operations related to DC & AC electrical, civil, and structural portions of

solar projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all engineering activities.

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions.

Team and Work Planning:

• Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for team development and project execution.

• Foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment that encourages continuous

learning and innovation.

Advisory and Client Engagement:

• Lead technical due diligence and owners' engineering services.

• Conduct feasibility studies for greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

• Provide proposals, pre-sales support, and comprehensive design and execution plans for

repowering, retrofitting, and replacement interventions.

Project Management:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from initial concept through to execution and

delivery.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate engineering results and

recommendations clearly and effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in solar engineering and technology.

• Promote the adoption of innovative tools and techniques within the team.

• Drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards to maintain

industry leadership.
