About the Role

Engineering Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering across
backend, middleware, and AI/ML
initiatives.
Define and enforce
architecture standards, coding practices, and governance
.
Drive
HRTech platform modernization
, AI/ML integration, and
GenAI-powered features
.
Oversee
system design, scalability, and performance optimization
.
Mentor senior engineers and foster a strong engineering culture.
Ensure robust
DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices
(Azure).
Evaluate and implement
emerging technologies
(microservices, event-driven systems, GenAI).
Manage
vendor engagement and technology partnerships
.

Skills & Qualifications

12+ years
in software engineering, with
5+ years in leadership roles
.
Strong expertise in
backend & middleware
(.NET Core, Java, Node.js, APIs, microservices).
Hands-on experience with
AI/ML and GenAI projects
.
Solid knowledge of
Azure cloud, Kubernetes, containerized deployments
.
Proven ability to
lead distributed teams
in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent
architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
skills.
