Engineering Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities (e.g., HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, guest rooms, kitchens, etc.) to identify and address issues promptly.
• Manage repair and maintenance work requests from various departments and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; request purchases as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records of equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues (e.g., power outages, water leaks, fire safety systems).
• Train maintenance staff in technical and safety procedures.

Qualification:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in maintenance roles in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (including weekends and holidays if required).
• Computer literacy (MS Office, maintenance management systems).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
