Job Description

Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects.
Customer Engagement: Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
Site Visits & Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address potential issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Data Analysis & Process Optimization: Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance, support, and training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles to deliver effective solutions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in customer management and application of engineering principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with plastic materials and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
