• Location: Bina, Madhya Pradesh (M.P) for initial posting, potential move to other project sites as/when needed
• Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

We are seeking a Resident Construction Manager (RCM) to join our Project Management Consultancy team for a

Residential Township Expansion and New Administrative Building Project in Bina, M.P. This is a government-linked infrastructure project where the Resident Construction Manager (RCM) will play a key role in supervising site execution, managing contract, ensuring quality and safety compliance while supervising and coordinating contractors on a daily basis for this project.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day supervision and management of civil construction works (residential township, admin building, canteen).
• Act as the on-site point of contact between Engineers and contractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and progress as per approved contract including drawings and schedules.
• Oversee material verification, bar bending schedules, testing, and site measurements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports; assist in bill certification.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in site supervision of building, township, commercial or institutional projects in India.
• Strong working knowledge of construction supervision, quality checks, and safety norms.
• Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi/English).
• Open to stable site posting at Bina, Madhya Pradesh with future relocation anywhere within India and abroad.
• Retired Government Assistant Engineers (Civil) or experienced Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
