Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering professional with expertise in Civil and Electrical engineering to join our team at Sterling Holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing engineering projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop civil and electrical engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance and outcomes.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil and Electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of civil and electrical engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
