Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and systems.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate product performance.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in the development of technical documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
